Digital products

From idea to a productpeople pay for.

A digital product is more than a build. It is a set of bets about who it is for, what it must do first and what can wait — and a team that can turn those bets into working software fast enough to learn from them. That is what a digital product development agency should bring, and it is how we work.

Neonic Studio partners with founders and product teams on strategy, design, MVP development and the engineering that follows: web applications, SaaS products, marketplaces and AI-powered products. Strategy, creativity and engineering at one table, with you working directly with the people shaping your product.

01 — What's included

Everything the engagement covers.

01

Product strategy

Research and insights, market analysis and a roadmap: the problem, the audience, the first release and how success will be measured.

02

UI/UX design

Flows, wireframes, visual system and prototypes tested before production — see our UI/UX design service.

03

MVP development

The smallest product that proves the idea with real users, built on foundations that do not need throwing away afterwards.

04

SaaS & platform engineering

Authentication, billing, roles, reporting and integrations for products that will be sold, not just shown.

05

AI-powered product features

Assistants, search, automation and personalisation designed into the product from the start rather than bolted on.

06

Launch, analytics & iteration

Deploy and monitor, instrument the funnel, then improve on a monthly cadence with a retainer or as an embedded design partner.

02 — Why clients choose us

Beautiful is expected. Fast, scalable and profitable is where we begin.

One team, end to end

Strategy, design and engineering in the same room, so decisions are made once and carried through.

Faster to real users

Phased scope gets a usable product into the market early — then the roadmap follows the evidence.

Built to keep

MVPs are engineered so the successful ones scale instead of being rebuilt at the first sign of traction.

Founder-friendly commercials

Fixed-scope phases, a monthly retainer, or a design-partner arrangement — whichever matches the stage you are at.

Good to know

Questions we hear about digital products.

What does a digital product development agency do?

It takes a product from idea to launch and beyond: shaping the strategy and roadmap, designing the experience, engineering the software and iterating on what real users do. At Neonic Studio that is one small senior team rather than a hand-off between departments.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Typically 8–16 weeks from kick-off to a product in front of real users, depending on scope. We deliberately keep the first release small so you learn quickly, then build on the same foundations.

Can you work as our ongoing product team?

Yes. After launch many clients keep us on a monthly retainer or as an embedded design partner: we share the roadmap, hold the craft bar with you and ship improvements every month.

Do you help with product strategy or only the build?

Both. Engagements usually start with strategy — research, positioning and a roadmap — because it makes the design and build faster and cheaper. If you already have a clear spec we can start from there.

Do you work with startups and small businesses?

Most of our clients are startups, founders and growing businesses. We keep the team small and senior so you work directly with the people designing and building your product, and we scope work in fixed phases so budgets stay predictable.

How is a project priced?

We do not publish rates. Every project is priced on its own requirements — the number of pages or screens, the depth of the design work, the integrations involved and the timeline you need. After a scope call you get one fixed number in writing before any work starts, not an hourly meter.
