What needed to change.
Finding a reliable plumber or electrician is a trust problem as much as a search problem. HomeFix needed a marketplace where a household can describe a job, see verified professionals and book in a few taps — and where professionals get a clear, fair flow of work.
The solution.
We built a two-sided marketplace with a short job-request flow for households, verified professional profiles with availability, and booking, notifications and status tracking on both sides.
Trust signals — verification, reviews and clear pricing — are designed into every step, and the whole experience is optimised for phones because that is where a burst pipe gets reported.
