A campus placement portal that tracks students, drives and offers from one control room.
What needed to change.
Placement cells run on spreadsheets, email threads and phone calls. PlacePro needed one portal where coordinators manage drives, students apply and track status, and recruiters see the candidates they need — without the chaos.
The solution.
We designed a role-based portal: a coordinator control room for drives, eligibility and offers; a student view for applications and status; and a recruiter view for shortlists and schedules.
Under it is a web application with a clean data model, notifications and reporting, built so the portal can be extended with automation — eligibility checks, reminders and document handling — as the cell grows.
