What needed to change.
The business tracked raw materials, production, invoicing and payments in separate tools that never agreed with each other. QuadStack had to bring the whole chain into one console so the numbers are consistent and the next action is obvious.
The solution.
We mapped the end-to-end flow — purchase, stock, production, invoice, payment — and designed an operations console around it, with dashboards for what matters today and detail views for the work itself.
The application is built on a single, consistent data model with reporting, exports and integration points, and it is the kind of foundation on which document automation and forecasting can be layered next.
